Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, and other factors that may affect transit times.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

We understand that mistakes happen; however, Evello is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update it.

If your package has already been shipped or delivered to the address provided, we may be able to arrange a replacement or redelivery. Additional shipping and/or replacement costs may apply.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, its delivery is handled by that carrier. If tracking indicates that your package has been lost or there is an issue during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first and provide them with your tracking information so they can investigate.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, you are welcome to contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you with the information available to us.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.
