At Evello, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
